What is Shahrukhz Residences?
Shahrukhz Residences by Danube is a luxury waterfront apartment tower in Dubai Maritime City. The developer is Danube Properties. The tower is named after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, and Danube calls it the first residential tower in the world named after a celebrity.
The building has 60 floors and rises about 200 metres over the Arabian Gulf. You can choose a studio, a 1 bedroom, a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom apartment. There are also Signature Ocean Residences on the lower levels and only 3 penthouses designed by Gauri Khan.
Every home comes fully furnished with a private balcony and a sea view. Residents get more than 40 amenities, a Longevity Lounge for wellness and a private yacht. Handover is planned for Q4 2029.
